Experience the Sapphire Celebration — a night where your presence creates impact. Start your evening with the excitement of the Sapphire Carpet, complete with surprise guests and unique photo opportunities. Then, grab a drink while we immerse you in the celebration with live entertainment from Queer Circus, pop-up drag performers, and our small ensembles, Borealis & OutLoud! Explore our premier silent auction items, all supporting the mission of Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus, before you’re serenaded to your table for an elegant seated dinner.

The highlight of your evening? Our milestone live program celebrating 45 Years of Song and Sparkle, featuring powerful musical moments from the full Chorus and our Fund-A-Need — the most impactful moment of the night, when generosity directly fuels concerts, outreach, and future programming.

Afterwards, the celebration continues with our cheeky Tops & Bottoms game complete with birthday cake — closing the night with joy, connection, and community.

  • Sapphire Celebration is the largest annual fundraiser for Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus. Funds raised through dinner & ticket sales, a silent auction, Fund-A-Need, and our cheeky Tops & Bottoms game directly support the future programming of the Chorus. The evening begins with a Sapphire Carpet experience & VIP Cocktail/Mocktail Reception followed by a silent auction, seated dinner, and live program featuring immersive entertainment.

  • Attendees may purchase individual tickets, a table of 8, or VIP table of 8. Throughout the evening, there are a number of giving opportunities including our auction, Tops and Bottoms, and Fund-A-Need. If you’re unable to attend but would like to contribute, donations can be made at our website!

  • Sapphire Celebration will be at The Fillmore Minneapolis located directly on the Target Field light rail stop. Metered parking is available & a handful of area ramps are just a few blocks away.

  • Enjoy pop-up performances from local drag queens and our small ensembles, Borealis & OutLoud!, during the silent auction. Dinner entertainment from Anastasia C Principle (her back-up dancers, too) and the full Chorus conclude the evening.

  • The theme this year is “Sapphire Celebration” and our guests are invited to celebrate our 45th birthday by dressing in dazzling sparkles!
